CANCELLATION POLICY FROM THE GUEST:
50% of deposit will be withheld for cancellation 21 days prior to arrival.
75% of deposit will be withheld for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival.
90% of deposit will be withheld for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.
100% in the event of a NO-SHOW

Self Catering Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY FROM THE HOST:
Hoekie Self Catering reserves the right to change any arrangement where necessary, e.g. Changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Guest in these cases shall be entitled to a full refund of their deposit.

Further information
A 50% deposit is payable to confirm booking.
Please fax SIGNED booking form together with proof of payment.
Balance payable on arrival.
Check-in time: 16H00 (or per arrangement)
Check-out time: 10H00 (or per arrangement)

To Remember
A clean set of linen and bath towels will be provided between stays longer than 7 days.
As a self catering establishment, guests are responsible for keeping the house clean.

Breakages
If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item.
Upon arrival please report any items which appear to be broken.
